HOW THE FUCK DO YOU MAKE A TERRARIA SERVER?!

I spent at least the last hour trying to figure out how to make a Terraria Server and at this moment I am ready to kill just to be able to get this working. PLEASE, someone help me figure out this awful, awful thing!!!!!!!
