Lila seems to be healthy, albeit exhausted. It would be best to just let her rest.

You check her wound, and it is healing quickly. However, you notice (Medicine) that the angle of the cut doesn't seem consistent with a self-inflicted one. You also see a series of bruises on her stomach that almost definitely came from a fist.

Entering Lila's apartment, it's hard to tell if anything's out of place with all the junk on the ground. You sift through some of it and come across an upturned plant with a footprint in the spilled soil. It's too large to be Lila's or your's, and has a distinctive pattern that matches pre-war hiking boots.
