Oh nostalgia!

Post  Sigmatic Scholar on 26th December 2011, 11:00 pm

So now that I'm pretty far into winter break, I have more time, and decided to stop being so ridiculously inactive forever on my beloved Undead Xbox.

AND THEN THE MEMORIES CAME BACK. And then I was all nostalgic and shit.

I remember some awesome moments that took place in this nice little corner of the internet...

Ah... MSPC

As well as some totally ridiculous moments...

What about you guys? Surely you all have some fond memories too.

I remember this one time a couple months ago an awesome game of traitor was hosted and it hasn't been played from the site since. It would be awesome if someone were to host another game of traitor.

There was a zombie night where Apoc was the evac pilot. The helicopter lost its tail causing him to crash on top of one of the survivors. Killing him instantly.

Then there's the tragic tale of Forky the Forklift. The innocent forklift that was being driven across the Liberty City airport when it was rotor rammed by a nearby Annihilator, sending it flying off of the island and into the sea where it still sits to this day. A monument is currently in progress.

As for the forums, nothing major has happened to give me Nostalgic moments. Yet.

I want your Avatar.

^I believe Bladewind was the receiver of that epic helicopter landing.

A good memory of mine would be the time when some players were talking about old members. One of them was the guy who said UX took away his time smoking pot on the forums and then quit.

An addition, I think giving Desert Sleepy a bomb in Epic Mafia will be burned into my memory.

I remember one game of Traitor where I think it was just me and 2 traitors left (may have been more non-traitors alive but idk) and one of the traitors invited me up to the top of the carpark at the north end of Alderney to "kill" the other traitor (I didn't know that those guys were the traitors) anyway I went to the carpark and told the guy who invited me to show me his weapons just in case he was a traitor and had a traitor weapon. He hesitated in doing it and I killed him, I waited for my phone call saying I was down to a pistol and it never came so I was like "ok sweet as", then the other traitor arrived and I hid behind a barricade I built out of some parked cars. I did the same test to him and noticed a traitor weapon and shot him on the spot. I then get a call from someone else in the game saying that he loves me and the game ends. I had killed both traitors without knowing they were the traitors and saved the game for the civilians.

Would people stop bringing up MSPC? I die a little each time I get even a glimpse of hope that there's a possibility of a continuation/sequel

There, you made me do it. I changed my sig back to the MSPC one that Eagle made.

Look what you've done.

This year had some really high points and indeed some really low points but it was a great year.

Favorite times:
- SMK/Eagles Spring Extravaganza
- Undog Xbox
- Night of the Shambler
- Very few but fun ZRP games...wish we had played more.
- Playing gears 3 with my UX bros.
- As of recently, reviving EpicMafia.

Oh my god, I had almost forgotten about Undog Xbox (even though I reference it in my sig)

How could I forget this face?

And I'm pretty glad Epic Mafia is coming back too.

Eagle did almost everything.

I just did support drawings for when Vanguard first started talking (back when he was the Sigmatic Scholar and we didn't know he would actually play a major role in the story) as well as the images whenever I felt the need to include one with my post as a player.

AND WHO COULD FORGET all of the amazing fan art Flask did.

Spoiler:
Of course distinguishing us is pointless because everyone knows that Eagle and I are the same person. ;D
