UndeadXbox Musicians.....UNITE!

Hey so I've been saying for years that us UX musicians need to collaborate and make something awesome. We have all the talent, so why haven't we done this already? I suggest that we create an UndeadXbox theme song of epic proportions. I see a song that transgresses a couple of genres. Please consider this if you play an instrument or any other talents. Maybe a video to go along with the song that has a slideshow from our artists here as well?

These are the musicians I know so far, if your names not here, tell us!

Flasktoss - Jack of (some) trades. Vox/Electronica
Eaglendia - Piano/Guitar
DeadApe - Guitar (I also have a bass and could manage to do stuff if we needed it)
WestHybrid - Piano/Vox (check out his channel http://www.youtube.com/user/66Keys)
Zomando - (not here anymore I don't think,) guitar

Anyone else?
Also, if you have any idea how this might come together please provide your input. For instance, What programs do we need? What should be the process of putting the parts together? What is the writing process?

Well? I don't mean that as an insult or anything. Hypothetically, could you put together a small 20 second piece if asked?

I feel that skype would be a good tool to use for this btw, at least for the writing process and sharing pieces. I don't have it currently, but if its free I'll grab it. (I understand that there are plenty of free apps on the internet that do this anyway.)

Awesome! Maybe it is a good idea to pitch parts.

Lets set a ground rule though:
As I'm sure we are all perfectionists here and we all want the best project, everyone should be open to friendly criticism. On the other side of things, if you feel that something could use a change or just be all together written out, say so!

We should probably set some sort of theme also. Since I am sort of aware of everyones music interests here via many turntable lobbies, I say we go for something progressive that covers a bunch of genres, but will still flow together.

Perhaps Electronic/8bit/Progressive/Alternative/Pop/Rock/Humor ?

Something polyphonic with small and interesting solo sections. 3:00 to 5:00 minutes in length?

I don't actually play harmonica I just thought it would be funny to contribute a somewhat useless instrument.

Ah. Well it totally isn't. I love the harmonica. I used to own one, but somebody else has it now.

Hence the "somewhat" in "somewhat useless".

Just created two orchestra-like pieces that kind of work. If you want something more alternative i can come up with something in even less time.

Well lets check em out first, orchestral sounds totally cool. If you feel confident in the pieces try and record them and upload them here.

It's a unique form of music. They pretty much pioneered it and are the only band I can think of who does "Symphonic Rock".
