Sleep Paralysis problem.

Well, I can't say I can relate to this too much, but I know I hallucinate alot, and hear noises that aren't actually there.

Are you taking any medication?Like anti-depressants?

Because I know when I stopped taking Anti-Depressants the with-drawl made the hallucinations worse.

As for the sleep paralysis, I don't have any advice to give.Maybe think about walking alot before you go to sleep?

Though that might just turn into sleep walking, And from personal experience, waking up outside in your under-wear isn't much fun.

If you drink something regularly before you go to bed, Kyle could have put some acid in your drink, and that's the reason for the hallucinations? lol. You should prolly go ask a doctor about this.

Wow that sound scary as hell, especially if it was the first time happening. I've heard of many sleep issues, but not this one.
