Sleep Paralysis problem.

Post  MrKurt2012 on 10/07/11, 09:47 pm

I do not know if this has ever happened to any of you before or if its just me but I keep having sleep paralysis 3 times in the past 2 weeks to be exact and Im getting annoyed. So read below on web md to know what I am talking about its pretty damn spooky and I have been seeing and hearing some messed up stuff. On the second page it says up to 4 out of 10 people can develop it I am just curious if any of you have it.

Its probably just Kyle trying to possess you every night. Call a priest.

No seriously though if you have these symptoms and really believe you have sleep paralysis you should probably tell your parents. I don't know if there is any treatment for it (I didn't go through the articles) but if there is you should get it.

I had sleep apnea, where I would stop breathing in my sleep. But I was cured of it earlier this year.

If it happens again I may do something about it, I can deal with the fear since I got used to it. If it gets any worse I am going to ask my dad or mom to bring me to the doctor about it, the 2nd one I had felt like I could not breath or it felt like a heart attack could not explain the weird pressure in my chest.

Yeah I read that, the problem is that when I go to sleep on my stomach I flip over on my back with out realizing it. I should be ok I think I might sleep with a cover over me so I can't see anything, the audio hallucinations are not as bad.

Hmm...I don't have sleep paralaysis or whatever its called, in fact I sleep very good and I feel bad for people like you who have to deal with these kind of problems and wake up the next morning feeling tired and shitty. ALTHOUGH, a few days ago I was at my friends "manor" for about 5 days and for some odd reason I started to develop some type of irritation in my throat and when I would go to lay down (go to bed) it felt like I was choking or I couldn't breath, like I was gasping for air but I was fully awake and conscious, I wasn't sleeping and it scared the living shit outta me because it felt like my asophogus, throat was collapsing, but since then it has stopped, I think it was just mentally I thought I couldn't breath and thats why I was panicking and thus why I was gasping for air.

But as DeadApe said, you really should get that checked out, especially if it feels like you can't breath. Like continuing off from when I was saying I was gasping for air whenever I went to sleep at my friends manor, I was very close to calling 9-11 about 3 times but luckily my friend calmed me down and helped me.

Things like alien slugs crawling towards me, loud noises such as doors slamming over and over again and whispers more recently, also the xbox turned black kind of hard to explain I saw and heard crazy stuff.

Do you drink anything regularly before you go to bed?

You should try moving around more while your sleeping.
