How do you get a pic for your signature?

to the right it shows your profile with the number of posts and messages, under that it says "my profile", click that and go to signature. and on the options above the post it should say like, "host image" or something like that. just put the link of a picture you want it it should work.

I tried that, it asks for my email. And I can't find a way to register. :/

Then upload to a site like photobucket and take the url from there.

I'm looking at your profile, it has nothing inserted in the signature section. You sure you're saving it or even editing it?

The only thing you'll run into is image quality issues like you are seeing now. Try and get a larger version if you can?
