Pictures in my signature

I have seen a lot of people in the forums with pictures in their sigs, and when i try to put one in, there is a red X that i can't get rid of, can someone help?

After looking at your sig, it looks like you never hosted the image you want. The "host image" button is on your toolbar above the posting area for your signature. If you can't get it to work after hosting the image, try hosting it on photobucket or some other image hosting site, then post the url instead.
