Madden Tournament

I'm working on setting up a tournament for Madden 2011. My plan is to have 32 people in the tournament and have each person have their own team. I am going to have a team draft and basically whoever replies to this the fastest gets a higher pick. so the first person to reply gets to pick their team first, and the second person to reply gets the second draft pick, etc. Once i get enough people i'll make a tournament schedule and post it on the website. But i need 32 people to fill up all of the team slots. the games will most likely be on saturdays before the official undead xbox games. Also rage quits will count as a loss.

Edit: Just Reply with the team that you want to be but remember only one team per person and two people can't have the same team
