Do you have a sister name Dee Dee and does your dad bowl a lot and is your mom a clean freak who wears yellow rubber gloves all the time?
If true then I'll tell.

I miss shows with substance that also didnt look like they'd been made in 5 minutes. Old cartoons like Hey Arnold had lessons. Todays "children's shows" are so mind numbingly stupid I have almost stopped watching cartoons in general. For example if you watch SpongeBob from the beggining of the series to the end you can literally see SpongeBob becoming retarded.

Yea it's really pathetic. Personally, I found Ren & Stimpy to have some of the best jokes. I feel some of the jokes Spongebob tries to pull off now, are based around the crude and slightly vile humor that was featured in Ren & Stimpy.

I dont watch SpongeBob but it shows how cartoons have transformed in the last 15 years. You can tell when the episodes were made just by the material in the episode. I feel like a lot had to do with writer's strikes and the fact that Nick, CN,etc are becoming really strict with the content that they air.
