UX Forza 3 "Special" Race - Event #10 (11/20/10) - [completed]

Well guys, we've reached a milestone, which calls for something unique.

This will be Event #10. I need minimum 5-8 people to attend, otherwise it will be canceled due to a lack of players.

The Event will be on: Saturday, 8:00pm EST.

Specific in-game rules will be explained in lobby. For an idea of what to expect, see the topic under rules and regulations. This event consists of only ONE longer race. The winner (in addition to in-game credits) will receive a prize credits (see topic under "rules and regulations" for more info). Restrictions in each race can be limited by year, make, model, country of origin, region of origin, class, body-style, production/track, horsepower, or specific Performance Index (PI). After each race, the results will be posted below for all races.

***If you don't own a certain stock vehicle, don't worry, ALL stock vehicles are provided in game for multiplayer races.

Restriction for this event is as follows:

1. R1 Class LMP Cars Only - an LMP car is generally all of the cars in the game that are R1 class stock (so no Moslers or anything like that). Otherwise, any LMP car is fair game. The class must be R1 (so no "X" class cars). If you have a question on a car, feel free to ask me if it is "legal" for the race. This is a 100+ mile 1 hour race on one of the world's most famous racing tracks (upgrades allowed)

Time has been updated. It may only be one race (for a LOT of credits), but it is going to be a long one.

I dont think that i will be able to make it to any more forza races if they are kept being hosted on Saturdays because I am always busy and I dont get home on Fridays and Saturdays till about midnight.

I'll move it to Sunday at 5pm if enough people change their vote, but as of now I am still going by whichever time is "in the lead", and that is still currently Saturday.

There were a few DNF's this race due to major wrecks, or just leaving the race for some other reason. Only 5/8 people finished (which is a lot better than the 24 hour Le Mans events in real life so I guess I can't complain).

Don't forget to update your credits.. a lot were given out!!

Also, PREPARE for the next event. I make sure events are posted at least 1 week in advance, so take advantage of it (in general). Also, be sure to regularly check the "Community Updates" thread under rules and regulations; it is a sticky so it won't be bumped.
