77 Metascore isn't that bad... I'm not even gonna buy this game, but it looks pretty good. And IGN is the one that gave the game the lowest score. Goes to say a little about IGN's reliability...

Also I wonder if the reviewer was trying to be sarcastic about the sound because right after he said it, someone got sniped and you could hear the blood splatter sound from miles away...

But at the end of the video they gave the audio and the visuals a plus without being sarcastic.

I guess it could always be a case of "Objects in sniper scope are closer than they appear".

there may be a few broken things in the game but i think it still isnt as broken as MW2, no i do not have the game yet but i will have it soon. From every thing ive read and seen through vids posted on youtube ithink that its a good game with a realistic story. Ive always been a fan of MoH so i dont think this game could possibly be that bad, the textures and lighting effects are amazing though for an FPS.

Just because IGN gave the game a low score doesn't mean the review was unreliable. Just because a reviewer gives something a HIGH score doesn't mean that the reviewer is telling the truth.

I pretty much agree with IGN on all of their reviews which is why I follow them. I am hard on games because I like to get my money's worth and I can also spot flaws very easily. IGN's reviews aren't tougher than they need to be and they don't fool me into buying a crap game like Game Informer/OXM or any other review might.

And in my opinion, a 77 is a bad metascore. If you got a 77 on a test would you consider yourself doing well? That's just above failing.

This was easily predictable, the trailers were full of crap just to draw you away from the ACTUAL gameplay.

Even if Medal of Honor WAS a great game it wouldn't be a buy for me, or many people I believe. Medal of Honor was way too late to the modern day warfare party. We've already had COD4, MW2, Operation Flashpoint2, ARMA2, BFBC2, Socom Confrontation (balls.) When they announced Medal of Honor in a modern setting you could hear me groaning from miles away. Its just too much of the same, even if it was done well. Oh whats that? A trailer that includes an AC130 gunship? Stopping terrorist affairs? An IED? A sniper mission?

Modern day warfare games are what WW2 games were 6 years ago.

Agghh! His giant, pixelated eye is staring right into my soul.
