Check out IGN's hands on with the new dashboard. Nothing amazing here but I am VERY siked that the "2 second delay" when bringing the guide up is apparently gone.

When I push the guide button, sometimes my xbox freezes, I hope that's gone. I think my xbox hates me.

I hope they fixed all of the guide lag.
Every time I open my xbox guide it takes like a whole god damn minute to load.
And my xbox hasn't had an error in over a year.

Not mentioned in the article, but I heard a rumor that the update is adding in-game audio for Last.FM

If they do I'll be extremely impressed and happy. Other than the upgraded speed and smooth new interface though, I'm not all that interested. Still nice that they update every year.
