Video Game Controversey. Minors Banned from Rated M Games?

As some of you know there have been multiple attempts to keep minors away from rated M games. Some have succeeded, most failed. But this time they have gone to the Supreme Court. I know most people here are under aged, some old enough to handle their own responsibilities. But I feel offended by this as most of the problems are caused by ignorant parents and idiotic teenagers/adults. I don't really have a say in this so here's the article:

I really do not see how this is an issue at all. If you're too young to buy an M-Rated game, ask your parents or a friend. It's what everyone does.

By the way, you can't buy videogames if you're a kid anyway. This is literally entirely irrelevant

Yeah, this is nothing new. If they were to ban minors from ONLINE play then it would be an issue.

This is the truth. The people who are bringing it to the supreme court are just a bunch of bad parents who don't want to dicipline their kids even though they cuss the shit at them after playing GTA or COD. I admit that I have cussed be4 but at least I'm being diciplined. Just saying, why do this to younglings. Nearly every single game that is good is always rated M.

Going to get a lot of criticism for this (and I mean a LOT), but I actually support the law.

there is a diffrence the law now is kids can buy a game with their parents permission the law that they are trying to pass will make it so that only people 18+ could buy m games
which probably means game stop wont let kids get a game even with their parent with them or worst case senario that you'll have to go to an adult movie store to get them

But then you can have your parents say they are buying it them self.
There to many loop holes here.
