Ah, figured there'd be a thread about this here. I'm so freaking stoked for this series, and don't want to read the comic, just because I don't want anything spoiled. I've been looking for a new TV series to watch and this looks like the perfect candidate. Bout time zombies got their own show. Freaking vampires...

If The Walking Dead tv series succeeds it'll open the door for more comic book based tv shows. TV is a perfect serial for comics since if they get it together an episode can become a single episode. Looks like they have the comic book Powers in the works for a tv show, the comic book Fables, Sandman and also one of my favorites, Preacher.
