New ripoff in Videos Games

At first I was excited about Dead Rising: Case Zero. As Dead Rising is my favorite game, I was in a desperate search of a release date I stumbled upon this.

It really got me thinking. It also has some other interesting facts how companies lie or stretch or rename the truth.

Now I am not really excited for case zero, and might just wait for Dead Rising 2 to release.

That video pretty much wanted me not to even think about buying Case Zero. The man talking seemed like he knew very little about the game and grammar. It even seemed like he began to become more tensed up when he was talking about price and what case zero really is.

Well, I have to say, as much as I was ready to disagree with the article at first (based on the first paragraph or two) once he actually starts to build his case, and then catches that shit in the video, I have to say, he's right

Guess I won't be getting CZ afetr all. Still getting DR2, of course.

As for the rest of it, pure genius. Wish more people realized this shit....

Eh, I agree in spirit, but you do leave out the possibility that some people have not paid much attention to CZ and are therefore unaware of what it really is. As was I. Had I paid much attention to it, I too would have been skeptical and this article wouldn't have been as revealing as it was. For those who didn't bother researching this to any signifiacnt degree, this article will be more useful. And, if anything, it's great for everyone in one sense:

It gives video evidence. Yet, for some morons, that's not even compelling, based on what I just saw posted on gamefaqs. It seems that the guy who wrote the articel posted about Case Zero on gamefaqs, video evidence and all, and there are people defending Capcom and getting pissed at the guy, like corporatist little sheep.

Capcom you poor greedy bastards.. when will you learn?

Good filler until Dead Rising 2. Twenty bucks isn't that bad even though it's a short game. I'll be planning on getting it.

Actually that's what it used to be, untill big corporations realized they can make money without any effort with it. Same thing happenned to movies too.

Wait, it's not? Are you saying it's a capitalistic, profit driven industry?

Seriosuly though, aren;t you leaving out the middle ground? What about knowing that the motivating factor is monetary gains, but attaining those in a manner in which isn't so obviously exploitative? (assuming that is the case here, I'm not so sure)

Did you guys see the follow up? I guess there was some new info released. Lol at this magx guy sort of changing his maind, then realizing something and going on another rant lol.

He actually catches Capcom in a lie.....maybe. They say the game is 12 hours in Dead Rising time, which is 2 hours in our time. Yet Capcom says it's 3-5 hours long. But doesn't the clock ]always run in Dead Rising? IIRC, it does, which means 2 hours is going to be 2 hours, no? I think he caught them in a lie....I think.....

I dunno if I am buying Case Zero. What do you guys think of all this?
