Every single time they’ve passed a law, the federal courts have struck it down as unconstitutional. But this may change this fall.

And what makes you think it will pass this time, if it has been struck down many times before?

Besides, does anyone even know what this is going to change? You just assume it's a bad thing because an article said so. And what would it help to move out of USA? If this thing passes, it will affect the way games are made in the US. And finally, who the fuck would move overseas for a fucking videogame?

I don't see this passing. Even if it did, it probably wouldn't affect me too much (mainly the 12 and 8 year olds playing MW2, BFBC2, GTA4, etc..). And as much as I wouldn't like this, fin has a point, I wouldn't move out of the nation for videogames (couldn't tell if there was sarcasm or not).
