I think microsoft hates me!!!

Well i was playing lego indiana jones a few minutes ago(don't judge it's fun)and i suddenly get disconected from live so i think its just a glitch or wtv no biggie.But no my gamertag has been banned AGAIN for apperently have a gamertag that breaks the terms and violations...i personaly don't think its offensive in any way,escpecially since ive had his account name for almost a year and a half now..So the question what do i change my gamertag too now since i can get it 4 free now..(Supid ass microsoft and people of xbox live )
