Xbox Problems need help

Post  AaUndeadMarine on 5th July 2010, 3:32 pm

this will be hard to explain but I will try my best too...

Last night on RDR I was on MP when my screen started to take shades of green.. I turned the tv off and back on and it didnt change. so thus I just turned my xbox off and called it a night. this morning I went to turn it on and my video on the xbox did not work.. still had sound and everything worked fine on the xbox (if you could see it). I tried blowing out the cord ports and even changing the cords and even tv's trying to find the problem even switching from HD to regular.. NOTHING!!

Help me plz

Possibly E71. Leave your xbox of for awhile and let it rest.

You've tried multiple AV Cables for your xbox 360?

If so, then the probably is likely internal and cannot be fixed without repair.

Protip: Don't open up your 360 if someone tells you to for some fix for this problem. I don't know any off the top of my head, but try googling and if all else fails, call Microsoft.

If E71 or the tale tell signs of RRoD, get ready to fix it yourself or junk it. Opening up an Xbox isn't really that bad. You lose a warranty that you have to pay $100 to purchase a new one because M$ fucked up.
Youtube or go on se7vensins.com for help to fix stuff like that.
