Don't know if it's been posted or not, but defiantly Requiem for a Dream. One of the most intense songs I've ever listened to, lol

Oh really? Let me revise it, NEW METAL isn't mainstream. I am only aware of ONE instance that bands like these have been on MTV and that's the Headbangers ball. I have not heard a single station play any bandss heavier than ADTR. And they aren't even considered metal if you ask me.

If metal was mainstream, we wouldn't be playing freaking shows in venues all the time. We would be playing in places like the FedEx Forum and large places instead of tiny venues where its one room and a few hundred people versus thousands. We wouldn't be touring by ourselves in a old church van with our equipment in a 15 foot trailer, we'd be on a tour bus. If mainstream was metal, we wouldn't be so damn broke. Haha

The fact that MTV has a whole show for nothing but metal speaks for itself...

And the reason your band plays in shitty places is because metal is so mainstream that all the good places are always taken. Every single town around the world has like 6 bands. Plus you guys probably suck, so no one wants to see you play in the first place...

Actually we play at the New Daisy. Wich is where every other metal band plays when they come locally. In fact, even ADTR has played here as well as Impending Doom, White Chapel, and various other of the most well known "underground" bands.

MTV only made the headbangers ball to attract everyone with heavier music taste.

If metal was mainstream, it would be played on MTV more than ONCE A YEAR.

But like I said. "The good places are always taken"?
Oh yeah, those places are the good places dipstick.

If you think metal is mainstream, you either know nothing about music or you deserve to be typing your reply from the confines of an asylum. Because in a brotha's terms: Nig be dumb.

So you think you're playing at the best place, but you're still complaining how you want to play in a better place?

And when's the last time you heard a trance tune on MTV? I doubt you've heard it even once. Does that mean trance isn't mainstream? No it doesn't...
