borderlands 2?

is it me or does rage look exactly like borderlands, not graphically, but game play wise. the setting seemed the same, that one NPC you saw "crazy joe" looked like he was straight off of Borderlands, same with the vehicle. The enemies in the video i saw look like almost identical to the guy on the cover of borderlands. Im not saying its going to be a bad game, just extremely familiar.

Yea the post-apocalyptic wasteland thing is very similar but I think that Rage is doing it better. First off the graphics are better and not stylized. Also the gameplay is completely different. Borderlands is all about looting and killing, Rage seems more varied and the shooting looks a lot more solid and better. The AI are awesome too.

Ookkay, what the fuck is Rage? First thing that comes in mind is GTA IV's physics, but you obviously aren't talking about that....

also, i needed to add, when i saw the guy shoot the electric bow in the water i thought he was the guy from bio shock.
