1. Godspeed is not hipster music.
2. Just because you don't feel emotion when you listen to certain songs, doesn't mean its not there. Once again narrow mindness. I also hate slipknot, but I know that theres a lot of emotion in what they do.

Anyone know Kasabian? I've pretty much listened to it all day long. Also Fire is the best music video I've seen in ages.

I'm pretty sure most of you have heard at least one of those songs (probably Club Foot) somewhere even if you've never heard of the band. It's been gaining more fame lately for some reason...

Hell yea man. I saw them live twice now, was supposed to see them this summer too, their amazing. Check out the newest album The Great Misdirect, very similar to colors. Their old stuff is amazing too but its too heavy for you

too heavy? lolololol. imo, slower metals (doom metal, sludge metal, even drone metal) can be just as, if not more heavy than death metal.
