Well I had thought that most people wouldn't download the atrocity that is the Stimulus Package, but I could not be more wrong.

The stimulus package broke Xbox Live records by being downloaded over one million times within the first 24 hours.

(and by "new maps" im pretty sure he meant the previous map pack that came out, seems how he cant hate maps that arent out yet)
