Note that this is just a copy of the rules you all agreed to before registration in the Terms Of Use agreement. Your virtual signature is admissable in all legal ledigations and situations there-in where the policy and practice of this organization may come into question.

This Site, Community and all Game Nights are kept in check by a very simple set of Rules, and we will chainsaw you if you break them.



Game Nights--- Are hosted every Friday and Saturday at 10:00pm Eastern time, and are under UNDEAD-XBOX moderation for the event in its entirety. All rules will be enforced without contestion and the Game Hosts have the final say in all discussions.

Website Access--- Is a Priviledge not a right, and is a Generous gift of time and money from UNDEAD-XBOX. The staff has every right to any action on the site, and all memberships are permitted by their discretion, any offenses or Infractions are noted and Punished based on severity of the Infraction. Remember, you are guests here and our word is LAW.

Party Participation--- We realize that it is your Xbox 360 console, your internet connection, and your game, but its OUR party, and we can remove you from it without question or argument.

Party Rules--- We also realize that the behavior of Xbox Live isnt the most, well civilized, but then again we dont have to listen to a sailor. Language most be kept within reasonable limits, and obnoxious playing of music or disruptive noises will not be tolerated. Please also note that we reserve the right to remove players that are violating ESRB rating policy, this means all players under the age of 18 playing a game rated "M for Mature" will be removed immediately if they become too annoying. So if you know that your voice is a tad high over the microphone, dont bring negative attention to yourself.


Forum Board Rules--- This website supports the vBulletin Forum configuration and is maintained weekly. All pinned topics are permanent until removal and all user-created topics are left active until 10 days after the last post. After this period all inactive posts and topics are deleted, unless a valid exception is provided. Forum behavior should be self explainatory and will not be provided. If you think its a bad idea to post something it probably is. Your username must match your xbox live gamertag. All members are subject to Warnings, Suspensions, Membership Cancellation and IP Address Ban at Admin discrestion, no if ands or buts!
