Dimitri Survival Diary Day 6

This is the Diary of my GTA IV Character I made. It starts from the 6th day since the infection started.

Well it seems kinda weird writing this even though I know it won`t be read. Anyways I thought it was a good idea to grab this diary yesterday while searching for food. Umm lets see. My names Dimitri. I can't stop thinking about how it all started. It happened so quick I didn't believe what had happened. Screams were everywhere along with sirens and gunshots. I had just woke up and thought I left my tv on again but nope, it wasn't on. I walked out of my apartment to see what was going on when 2 figures caught my eye in the hallway. They quickly rushed at me and knocked me down to the floor. Suddenly they were blown away by a shotgun. It was my neighbor john holding his gun standing outside his door. He told to me get out of the city as soon as possible. I was horrified by what was going on in the outside. There was smoke and fires everywhere. People were being chased, people were twitching on the ground, people were dying...........people weren't dying. It was chaos, total chaos. I was making my way around town towards the bridge to Algonquin but that was a mistake. The bridge was crowded and before I could turn around, a man with a gun started yelling for me to get out so I listened. I was then on foot. I managed to find sheltor in a diner with 9 other people. We stayed there until food ran out on the 5th day. Then I found this diary. Today wasn't that bad. We managed to gather enough food for about a week. All 10 of us are still alive and still in the barracaded diner. I think someone in the group said something about getting out of the city. It was probably just phil talking non-sense again about how the military is gonna rescue us. I've been trying to come up with a plan but they're never perfect. Oh yesterday I found a pistol so that eased the stress down a bit. I havn't seen any other groups of survivors but they're probably hiding till they run out of supplies. I don't know whats going on with the rest of the world but Liberty City isn't safe. I ain't safe.
