Awesome Modding/cheating on GTA4 Multiplayer

This happened a few days ago. some guy with a modded xbox came into free mode and started messing around, turning helicopters different colors, changing the max speed of cars to over 300+, making cars fly, etc. This is all that i could video before he logged off.

i hate it when people say something is really old when it's not..... gta4 itself isn't even old... so how are the mods for gta4 old?

GTA IV was released a year ago, and in the internet that IS old. And the first mods appeared on 2008 too, and are really old.

Ive been on a server and some one hacked they had an rpg and it was fully automatic

Wow i actually know the guy that was modding in the videos and i was in the game.
He made the helicopters white, had speed over 500 actually, and his guns could shoot missiles.

Of course im not giving his gamertag, i don't want you guys reporting him.

... This mod is old. Really old. As in what he used to mod it. Changing color skins is easy and makes people think you are god. As for the speed change and the missile coming out of a chopper is B.S.... technically. They are considered grenades. Rockets (rpgs) will fly around and kill you. The speed is a little more advance but super cars being super strong is just as easy as skins (in my opinion). You just set the car weight to the desired number and *poof*. Look at the ones where Niko can kick a car 200 miles. That I still have now clue how to due yet.
Btw rapid fire RPGs are not real. SMGs with the same ammo as the missile copper is real however, and so are the flying busses so it seems there are hardly any limits for modding (kind of).
How you may ask? Well I will tell you how!
First be prepared to open not only you Xbox but your tower to your computer (unless you have a SATA drive). Then through some easy to fuck up programing you plug in and do something special to the xbox (run program). While it is doing the run program un-plug your Xbox and you now have your very own paper weigh... er i mean modded xbox... I have said this before but I just want to say this again...

DON'T LEARN OR ATTEMPT TO MOD UNTILL THE OUT BREAK OF MODDERS IS OVER!!!!

I will not and no longer can mod. Don't ask me how (google "flashing xbox") troll some sites. I wanted to clear some modding rumors up and got a little too carried away...
